B & W Courtyards
A New Orleans Bed and Breakfast
This boutique New Orleans Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of New Orleans' historic Faubourg Marigny, adjacent to the French Quarter, 4 blocks to the Historic French Market, an easy walk to Bourbon Street, and three blocks from the Frenchmen Street jazz clubs.

2425 Chartres Street
New Orleans, LA 70117

This New Orleans Bed and Breakfast is a collection of 1854 French Creole Cottages divided by courtyards, an award winning French Quarter and Creole architectural restoration. Kevin and Rob are only the third owners of this property since 1854. In 1995, Rob and Kevin took this French Quarter style Creole building and created a unique Bed and Breakfast in New Orleans.
AUGUST IS COOLINARY

REDUCED RATES AT B&W COURTYARDS AND AT TOP NEW ORLEANS RESTAURANTS

We’re offering super low rates for August -  but there is a catch.  We will be operating as a guest house, not a full service b&b.  We won’t be serving breakfast:  but there are three great breakfast spots within three blocks, including Cake Bakery & Café diagonally across the street.   We won’t be doing daily housekeeping, but we’ll keep you supplied with plenty of fresh towels, and for longer stays we’ll change the bed linens every three days.

Of course we will be available to give you tips on restaurants, music and other adventures.

And, all through the month of August some of New Orleans finest restaurants offer affordable prix fixe menus –

Some of our favorite restaurants, including Bayona, Brigtsen’s, Tableau, Salon by Sucre and Rue 127 take part in Coolinary.

LABOR DAY WEEKEND
September 1st - 4th

rates from $179 per night

Labor Day, celebrated on the first Monday every September, honors the labor movement in the United States. It’s also the unofficial end of summer, and the long weekend is a perfect opportunity to celebrate in New Orleans.

Here are just a few ways to get the most of your weekend:

Southern Decadence

Held annually over Labor Day weekend in the French Quarter, Southern Decadence celebrates LGBT culture for six days in the city. Be sure to check out the special events throughout the weekend, like a Gay New Orleans Walking Tour, the Annual Official Southern Decadence Grand Marshals’ Drag Show, the Southern Decadence Parade, or one of the many parties in the city.

Hansen’s Sno-Bliz

Cool down from the summer heat with a sno-ball from Hansen's Sno-Bliz before it closes for the season! These classic New Orleans desserts combine ice and flavored syrups to create delicious, warm-weather treats.

Dine Outdoors

The coolest of the summer months, September is the best time to dine in a courtyard, balcony or patio. Good thing we’ve got a full list of places to choose from for outdoor dining in every neighborhood
